Stumbled across Psychedelic Porn Crumpets while announcing festivals for Q Prime’s bands a few years ago! I listened because their name was super weird, and hot damn, I was struck with face-melting psychedelic rock at first-play! I always said to people who didn’t know who they were that they sound like the birth child of Dead Meadow and Diarrhea Planet. But then most people don’t really know who those bands are either…whoops!
Anyway, I learned they were coming to NYC, and saw them solo (lol, 90% of shows I go to I am by myself..) October 2019 at Music Hall of Williamsburg, and it was rad. Trippy visuals, head-banging, rifftastic, circle pit the whole set, and just overall awesome vibes. That’s where I got this shirt! Can’t wait to see them live again! 🤓🤘🏻
